Q: What is the last book that made you cry? Tell us about the scene?

I'll admit I got a little teary eyed while reading Pushing the Limits by Katie McGarry. It's not that it's a sad book, but there is a scene toward the end when Noah has to make a difficult decision. I don't want to give the story away, so I'm going to be vague, but I could feel his struggle and my heart went out to him.

How about you? What's the last book you read that made you cry?

  1. Honestly, I can't think. I just won a book, though, that I know will surely bring on the tears: Regine's Story.

    1. I haven't heard of that one. I'll have to see what it's about. Thanks for stopping by.

  2. Oh my gosh, I know exactly what scene in Pushing the Limits you are talking about. It was such an emotional one.

  3. It doesn't help that I'm just a really sensitive person, especially when it comes to reading, so I'm liable to cry at the drop of a hat. Now, Christine Fonseca's Transcend had me all teary eyed throughout.

    1. Transcend is on my TBR list. I'll make sure the Kleenex is close when I read it. :)

  4. I love books that make me cry! And Pushing the Limits was definitely one of them Noah was swoon-worthy and tears-worthy. Other books that have made me bawl are Where She Went, The Bronze Horseman, White Oleander, and The Prince of Tides.
